Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the wallet in its original premium packaging, ensuring all components and adjustment tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
